Yuko Inoue New Year Concert in Japan

コンサート当日。

例年にない寒波にも関わらず、会場には予想を上回るお客様。

リハーサル中は、ライティングによる急激な気温の上昇で

完全に狂った楽器の調律に追われたものの、無事に開演。

コンサートは、終始和気藹々。

お客様とのやりとりを交えたトークは、初めての事であったが

良いお客様に恵まれて、リラックスして演奏を終える事ができた。

コンサートに向けて

宣伝や集客に奔走してくれた、家族

特に妹には心から感謝したい。

The concert day!

Although we had such a strong freezing, many audience came to my concert.

During rehearsal, of course I had to tune like crazy....

but at least we could open the room in time.

The concert was really fantastic.

The audience were simpatico and friendly, between performances

 I made a little speech and communicate with audiences, that made all of us so much fun.

And my all family were so happy, so I was also really happy.

Reharsal リハーサル

久々の日本でのコンサート。

前日はリハーサル室にて指鳴らし。

突然の寒波で、乾燥し、保管庫との温度差も影響して

楽器の調律はとんでもない状態に。。。

８時間あったリハーサル時間は、５分、１０分おきの調律に費やすことに。

残念なことに、このホールで働く人たちには情熱も知識もなく

説明してもそれがルールだからと、リハ後

楽器は保管庫に戻されることに。

明日、また調律に追われるかと思うと気が重い。。

Such a long time, I haven't have concert in Japan.

I am so happy to give  a concert especially for my family.

But a sudden change in weather was very hard for instruments.

Cold, dry, temperature distance made these 2 instruments completely out of tune.

So I spend almost whole day for tuning.

Unfortunately, this music hall's stuff, they have no knowledge, no passion,

even they don't know how to say hello!

I asked them, if they can keep same room instruments.

But they said " No ".

Because they have fix idea, and can't change rule.

After rehearsal my buddy went back to the cold and dry 24 hours air-conditioning safety room.

I was actually angry, and of course worry about tomorrow.

South Japan in Snow 雪の南九州

暖かかった新年から一転。

突然の寒波。

ニューイヤーコンサートを前にチェーン規制のニュースを受けて

急遽、ホール近くに宿を取り、リハーサルに通う。

南九州とは思えない雪景色に

コンサートの客足への心配をよそに、何だかワクワク。。

After the very warm new year, we were suddenly hit by a cold wave.

It is a quite rare to see such a lot of snow at south Japan.

We booked a lovely traditional Hotel and stayed before my New year concert.

We were slightly worry if our guest could come in safe to the concert hall.

Other weise we had a good time with this fantastic snow view. 

The first sunrise of 2018, 初日の出

Happy New Year !!

This beautiful sunrise, I sow from my parents house.

Happy to be home with my lovely family this year, too !
